These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and journoflaxi under the laws of Singapore.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, transmit any harmful code, or engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the services. You must not provide false or misleading information when applying for insurance or interacting with the site. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and may expose you to legal action.

Accounts, Submissions and User Content

If you create an account or submit information such as health details or policy applications, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. All submissions must be accurate and complete. journoflaxi may use submitted information in accordance with its privacy notice to process insurance requests and manage policies.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Unfair Contract Terms Act or other applicable Singapore legislation.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, journoflaxi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any insurance products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless journoflaxi, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the site in a manner that violates applicable law.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other relevant legislation.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
